Inspiration Evolved

Created for a pitch, this campaign was intended to help Northrop Grumman find top talent across several high-tech recruiting areas. The challenge they faced was that while most of their audience had familiarity with who they were as a company, most people struggled to associate them with the products and services they provide due to the secure nature of their business. To bridge this gap, we focused on leveraging several of their cutting-edge initiatives in a way that sustains the intrigue while educating our audience through publicly available information.
