Ted Kirschner About Me

A little bit more about me, the experiences I've had and a few of my personal interests.

As a Creative Director, I’ve been lucky enough to work on a broad range of clients spanning almost every industry imaginable. Along with a background in Design/Art Direction, I have extensive experience in concept & copy development as well executive-level pitch/presentation experience, research methodologies, team management and a deep knowledge of UX/UI & site architecture development.

Work Experience

Radancy, New York
VP, Regional Creative Director
August 2006 – Present

At Radancy (formerly TMP Worldwide), I co-manage a tight-knit team of 15+ writers and designers in developing conceptual campaigns and websites for mid- to large-size organizations, pitching new business, and ultimately managing the ongoing creative needs of a number of global clients.

Monster.com, New York
Associate Creative Director
April 1999 – August 2006

Riding out the dotcom boom (and subsequent bust) at this flagship brand, my responsibilities were split between development of client work, company marketing, website development and other special projects.

Austin Knight Inc., New York

June 1995 – April 1999

Fresh out of school, I started my career as a Junior Art Director in the New York City office of London-based ad agency Austin Knight.
